挤压厂拥有6-50MN挤压机11台，LD15、30及Lｇ30、55、80等冷轧管机8台，18ｍ、22ｍ、24ｍ立式淬火炉3台，以及配套的熔炼铸造、铸锭加工、热处理、精整、氧化上色等全套挤压材加工设备。其中由日本UBE株式会社引进的25MN双动反向挤压机
和由德国SMS公司引进的45MN双动反向挤压机，分别为20世纪80年代，当今国际先进水平；压延厂板带生产线关键设备1450ｍｍ板带泠轧机，由意大利新亨特公司引进，电力拖动、测厚及板形系统均采用电子计算机控制，具有20世纪80年代国际先进水平。铝箔生产线现有三台铝箔轧机，分别由意大利法塔亨特公司和奥钢联克莱西姆公司引进，两台铝箔分切机由荷兰苏木兹公司和德国康普公司引进，两台铝箔轧辊磨床，由德国赫格力斯公司引进，均具有当今国际先进水平；粉材厂拥有熔喷炉、坩埚炉、大小型球磨机、抛光机、铣削机床及粉材分级等配套生产设备。先进的微机控制直读光谱仪可精确分析铝及铝合金材料中的铜、镁、锰、铁、硅、锌、镍、铬、钛、铍、锆、硼、镓、钙、铅、镉、砷、锑、钒、铋、锶、锂等元素成份。
Extrusion plant have 11 sets of extrusion press which Extrusion
force from 6MN to 50MN, 8 sets of tube cold rolling machine
which models are LD15, 30, to Lg30, 55, 80etc, and 3 sets of
vertical quenching furnace which heights up to 18m, 22m, and
24m, as well as other corollary equipment used for extrusion
treatment, sizing, anodic oxidation and electrolytic coloring
equipments. Among them, 25MN double-action indirect press that
was imported from UBE, Japanese company; was advanced in the
80’s of the 20th century 45MN double-action indirect press that
was imported from SMS, Germany company, now is advanced level
in the world; rolling plant have one 1450mm cold rolling mill,
which is the major equipment for plates and strip production
line, was introduced from NEW HENTER, Italy company, its electric
drive, the AGC and the AFC system, all controlled by computer,
and was advanced in the 80’s of the 20th century, 3foil rolling
mills, One imported from HENTER FATA, Italy company, and the
other 2 foil mills imported from VAICLECIM, France company.
Beside this, 2 sets foil Separating and slitting machine, they
were imported from SCHMUTZ, Netherlands Company, and Kampf,
Germany company. 2 sets roll grinder were imported from Herkulus,
Germany company, both of them are advanced in the world; aluminum-magnesium
powder plant have producing equipment, such as smelting and
flashing furnace, crucible furnace and big and small ball grinder,
buffing machine, mill machine and powder fractionate equipment
etc. Advanced computer controlled direct read out spectrograph
can accurately analyze the components in the aluminum and it’s
alloy material, such as: Cu, Mg, Mn, Fe, Si, Zn, Ni, Cr, Ti,
Be, Zr, B, Ga,Ca, Pb, Cd, As, Sb, V, Bi, Li, Sr. |
